How long does setup take?
A few minutes. Name the event, pick a package, add a background and print the poster.
When does the 48 hours start?
When you start the booth. You can set up and pay ahead, then start it on the day.
Can I close the booth early?
Yes, from your event page at any time. You can reopen it while your 48 hours are still running. Closing it does not pause or extend the time.
Can I remove a strip?
Yes. As the host, you can remove any strip from your album at any time.
Guests
Do guests need an app?
No. They scan the QR code and the booth opens in their phone’s browser.
Do guests pay anything?
Never. Guests just scan and shoot.
What if the camera does not open?
Check the browser has camera permission, then reload the booth page.
Pricing
When does the 48 hours start?
When you start the booth. You can buy ahead and start it on the day.
Can I turn my trial into a paid event?
Trials do not upgrade. Create a new event and pick the paid package.
Do guests pay anything?
Never. Guests just scan and shoot.
Photos
How long do the photos last?
Guests can see the album for 90 days. You get 30 more days to download everything.
Who can see the album?
You choose open, PIN or hidden when you set up the event.
